OCTOBER 2026 · HONG KONG
MEET. EXPLORE. GROW TOGETHER.
A laptop case can fit securely yet obstruct a ventilation opening. A computer bag can feel soft inside yet leave too much room for the device to move. A sleep/wake cover can look well aligned while failing to activate consistently.

This is how we evaluate accessories for a retail collection versus a private label program. We consider how accessory features affect ease of use and user happiness and if the information on the package is correct.
We would like to invite you to JUNCHI at Global Sources Hong Kong 2026, in October, to demonstrate the design decisions that we have implemented. The accessories we have featured automate 3 tasks: interface with accessories and devices, carry items, and keep devices functional while in use.
Auto Sleep / Wake: A Small Function That Requires Precise Integration
Wake on open. Sleep on close.
On compatible devices, an auto sleep/wake cover uses a magnetic interaction with the device's sensor to trigger screen activation or sleep. The function is straightforward for the user, but its consistency depends on the relationship between the cover, magnet position, and device geometry.

At JUNCHI, we believe it's critical for customers to analyze this feature against the specific model of the device in question rather than considering this a global feature.
Aspects to consider:
•Magnetic sensor: Magnetic trigger must align with the sensor on the final unit.
•Cover positioning: Alignment of cover as well as cover profiles must be accounted for in relation to how the covers affect activation.
•Fold-back behavior: Cover(s) activation of sleep function of device must not occur when cover(s) is opened, folded or re-aligned.
•Repeated use: There must be no performance degradation due to multiple closing and opening of cover(s).
Activation of the screen save function helps reduce unnecessary screen on times. This accessory has no impact on the battery of the device and energy could be saved by proper device configuration and user interaction.
When creating sourcing documents, please provide the models and generations of the devices you are using. This helps us determine the levels of compatibility we need to look for.
Stylish Laptop Backpack: Analyze the Complete Carrying System
Water resistant protection. Lightweight design. Soft lining.

A computer bag's performance is not limited to the fabric construction of the bag. The quality of a bag's internal sizing, lining, seams, and closures (protection) determine the bag's ability to carry and protect a device.
Our computer bag features a lightweight design and is constructed with a plush interior and waterproof materials. When assessing this bag for your market, we suggest you evaluate these features separately.
| Design Element | Practical Value | What Buyers Should Evaluate |
| Waterproof protection | Prevents everyday bag fabric moisture buildup | How well the seams and closures protect the bag fabric |
| Lightweight construction | Lessens the weight of the bag adding to the total carry weight | How light the finished bag is in the selected size |
| Plush lining | Prevent device surface rubbing | How much of the lining covers the device, seam placement, and the interior finish |
| Internal fit | Prevents uncontrolled device movement | How much space is usable, thickness of the laptop, and how close it is to the bag wall |
Bags with waterproof fabric do not necessarily have watertight seams. Bag descriptions should have information about thebag's construction and testing, especially around zippers and stitched seams.
Sizing also deserves attention. Two laptops with the same advertised screen size can have different external dimensions. Buyers should confirm actual device measurements, including any protective case that will remain fitted during carrying.

TITAN-SHIELD PRO™: Architected for Performance
With TITAN-SHIELD PRO™, we bring fit, ventilation, impact protection, and surface finish into one protective design.
When all parts are shown together, buyers will see that the case assists in both holding and transporting the device.
Check Every Interaction Point for a Perfect Fit
A perfect fit is more than a case that is too big or small. When designing a case, one should also consider the position of the ports, movement of the hinges, how the case is fastened, and how the case rests on the surface.
When looking at a sample, you need to make sure that:
•Connectors can be inserted without interference.
•The display moves through its intended opening range.
•Attachment points hold firmly but do not obstruct the operation of the device.
•The fitted device remains stable on a flat surface.

Enhanced Airflow and OPTI-COOL Ventilation
A protective shell should compliment the thermal design of the device. Ventilation openings should be aligned with the corresponding airflow pathways and the case should leave enough clearance.
Enhanced Airflow and OPTI-COOL Ventilation provide a solution to this problem in the case design. They should be assessed with the target device under a typical use case. Just having ventilation on a case does not guarantee that the case will cool the device.
Impact-Guard Bumpers and 360-Degree Air Cushion
Corners and edges are common contact points during accidental knocks. Impact-Guard Bumpers and the 360-degree air cushion structure are designed to help manage these impacts.
For buyers requiring a defined protection claim, the discussion should include the assembled device and case, impact orientation, test surface, drop height, and acceptance criteria. Structural features provide the design basis; testing establishes the supported claim.
Nano-Texture Finish
The nano-texture finish protects the appearance of the product when it is repeatedly handled. When evaluating a sample, we look at things like how easily it marks up, how it behaves during cleaning, and how resistant it is to abrasion.
