At JUNCHI, a laptop case is often the starting point of a conversation, not the limit of it. Achieving rugged performance requires material synergy. Rigid Polycarbonate (PC) provides a dimensionally stable exoskeleton. TPU or TPE is co-molded around corners and impact zones for drop buffering and grip. Silicone parts are integrated where softer contact points or anti-slip pads are required.

Through precision injection molding, material selection, wall thickness, surface texture, and opening layouts are engineered together before tooling begins—making protection specific to the device rather than "just close enough."
